Quitclaim by Robert Nettleton of Almonbury in the county of York, yeoman, to Edward Kay of Thorpe in the county aforesaid, yeoman, of his right in a house in the woods near Northgate in Almonburye near the cemetery, with a garden, barn, and croft belonging thereto, late in the occupation of Humphrey Armytedge, deceased, which Robert and Edward had purchased of William Beaumonte of Lacell Hall, gentleman, and of which they were seised or tenants in common; in return for the quitclaim to him by the said Edward of all his right in 2 houses, a barn, 2 gardens, a fold, etc., in the north end of the vill of Almonburye, now in the occupation of John Boothroyd and John Hepworth, which they lately purchased of the said William Beaumounte and of which they were also seised as tenants in common.
